Nutella Is For Lovers

Okay, I know that I have been really lazy with posting and I apologize for that. I need to say so many things, but there is just no time now - even though I just had an entire day off. What can I say? I was busy reading my book (which, by the way, I have not been able to put down all day, so you should feel very loved if you received a reply email from me). To make up for my lacking, I have decided to post more pictures. I promise in a few days time I will give some overdue shout outs and begin my long list of events to tell you all. (I have promised a lot lately, I hope my promises still mean something!)

My whole body hurts right now. I am so sore. Funny thing is...it's from doing the Worm. I swear that is the best way to tone. My abs haven't hurt this long since I did those inclined sit-ups at the YMCA two years ago. Remember Mom? I couldn't laugh properly without physically hurting myself for two weeks.

Other than that, everything is going really well. I feel relaxed and rested - did I mention I overslept yesterday? Oh yeah, somehow I didn't wake up and I was 30 minutes late for brunch. Oops. I actually felt really bad. McFly and Leaf had bets on how many times I was going to apologize. Luckily, I heard the convo and only said it four times - twice to McFly when she woke me up and twice to the entire group. Then I was pissed because later, Beef was like, "Koko, it's not fair that you got an extra half hour of sleep," in a whiny, annoying voice. He was kidding, but STILL. I already felt bad enough, he doesn't have to put salt on my wound.

Speaking of Leaf and Beef - though I have included pictures of both for you all - I am SO OVER them. This is good. I am getting comfortable around here and it feels nice. I don't like crushes right now. I guess it's just not the time for me.

Lately, I have been realizing just how random I really am. At breakfast a few days ago, I asked everyone (I was dead serious), "Do you ever have those days where everything tastes like fish?" They all laughed at me. I didn't realize it was so funny. I guess I was a little too matter-of-fact. BUT, the thing is, I DO have those days! Apparently, no one else does. I did not know this.

Anyways, here are some pictures for you all to see...

This is a picture of Leaf with his hair cut. Unfortunately, the only picture I have of him with his hair long is on my other camera. This is the day that I cut his hair, just over a week ago. He looks about 12 years old in this picture.
This is another picture of the amazing view we have from camp. It is spectacular. We are surrounded by 5 mountains - 3 of which you can see in this pictures. This was taken 2 days ago when the sun was setting just right to cast a gorgeouse glow on the farthest mountain. This is the same mountain in the picture of the 2 rainbows. Remember when I said the view looks different every day...it's totally true.THIS is Ivana. I told you I would post a pic and here it is. The one thing you cannot see in this picture is that I have on my hiking boots with no socks. Also, I am standing at a weird angle so it looks like I have no boobs and a huge gut. Merely an illusion, folks. What's not an illusion is the unibrow I am sporting in the pic. Gorgeous, huh? One of my finest characters to date, if I do say so myself. This is a random picture I accidentally took of myself while prepping for the BOOM 2 nights ago. If you look closely, you can see what our communal bathroom looks like. Nice, hey? I was talking to Big M and suddenly, I took a pic. Kinda cool, I think. Pretty damn fantastic. For some reason, I just felt like saying that.
This is a picture of Beek and Pinky, a daily life counselor from last session. She is currently at a wedding in Columbia right now. She is great. I thought you would think this picture of Beef more appropriate since his tongue is not hanging out.

Sometimes, I think I am losing brain cells by being here. I swear I am getting dumber. My question: "How are you?" The response: "I am 12 years old." My reply: "No, not 'How old are you,' but 'How ARE you?" The response: "Uhhh, I don't dunderstanduh."

Good Lord. Well, I am off. More pictures and funny stories later. I have to get back to my book.

Love,

Knockout (Leaf's nickname for me. It's starting to grow on me.)

PS - Happy Belated 23rd Birthday to Laura! (It was yesterday! I was thinking about you!)
