Meanwhile in Thèbe, it is our glorious day off today and has hit about 33° Celsius (about 90° Fehrenheit). I am sweating like a friggin BANSHEE outside, but am pretty brown to show for my misery. It is Bastille Day today, so everything in France is closed. Niles and Big M went to Spain (about 30 minutes away) to do some grocery shopping and such. We are pretty much just chillin today - reading, relaxing, doing laundry, etc. Tonight we are going to a fête (practically every town has one for Bastille Day) and tomorrow, I think we are going to Luchon so Big M and I can para-glide off the highest point in France! It should be super fun.
I don't really feel like writing right now, so I am going to sun bathe in this beautiful weather among our picturesque scenery. Ahh, a summer dream.
